Registration Fees

Registration includes all education sessions, CPE/PDU credits as applicable, and registration materials. Attendees will also receive breakfasts and coffee breaks.

Please note SF182 does not constitute hotel registration. It is only good for Conference Fees.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds, less a $100 processing fee per registrant, will be granted for requests received in writing by January 1, 2020. Refunds will not be granted after this date. No shows are responsible for full payment.

Substitution Policy

In-Person (on site at meeting location): If you are unable to attend the training and have already registered, you may designate another person to take your place. A registration form must be completed for the new attendee and emailed to Jullie.Ablao@performanceinstitute.org. Please indicate the name of the individual that is being replaced in the payment section.
